Sometimes, we have all the knowledge and skills that we needed. Unfortunately we are confused on how to apply them all? Though there are a lot of success tips in around the internet, I still believe we all need a mentor, a guide, a coach who can lead us to the right path and correct us whenever we are heading towards failure.
The question is, how will you find a coach? Finding a coach is misleading and can be too hard for everybody. Imagine if you type in keywords in search engine like "life coaching", there will be tons of them which you don't even know if there are capable of being a coach, right? Of course, we all wanted to have a coach who will truly help us and make us successful.
Here are 5 Tips on how to find a coach:
1.)Research on Online Communities and Forums.
You are not the only one looking for a coach, most individuals is just like you hoping for good answers. Online communities and forums are good websites to visit because you can receive truthful information from individuals like you. In fact, you can even find discussion with regards to "coaches".
2.)Observe on Article Sites.
As to my experience, good coaches can be defined on how they write encouraging articles. Most coaches do article marketing and it will make you find them faster.
3.)Ask Friends or Fellow Marketers
The best recommendation you can get is from your friends or colleagues. You can't rely on those individuals who recommends but you don't personally have good contact relationship with.
4.)Good Coach can Be a Good Friend
Coach and mentors are not teachers or lecturers. They should mingle in a manner just like a friend. It is not a person whom you fear so much thus creating informal way of communication. Coaches should be friendly and can easily talk to without getting intimidated.
5.) Coach are Solution Finders, not Fault Finders
There are some persons who always find faults that instead of encouraging, they discourage. Coach are solution finders and they don't stop whenever they find faulty sides. They don't even view problems as the usual problems. For them, every problem are business opportunities.

Changing How You Think with Richard Butler
This article is going to help you change how you think about work and help you work better and succeed. Experts agree that attitude in the work place is very important. I believe that attitude is determined about how you think in the job and about the job.
Let's go straight into an example:
Employee X's boss usually says hello to employee X, this morning the boss does not say hello. Employee X thinks why that is. Ah must be the report I did yesterday. The boss is annoyed with me, I must have made a mistake in the figures, he's going to reprimand me, I used to get on well with him, after all the hard work I have done and he does not value my work, I made one mistake, that's the last time I'm going to work so hard to his deadlines.
OK what has happened here? Employee X has made an assumption, then he asked the question why the boss did not say hello. Well let me tell you if you ask a negative question like this the mind can come up with plenty of negative answers for you. Therefore you are now riddled with negative thoughts about yourself, your boss, your work etc.
The simple fact could be that your boss was thinking of something else and was engrossed in their problem. However since you have thought it was personal you are now thinking negative thoughts which will impact on your work and working relationships! Here's five golden rules to begin to live by in work
Rule number one at work - don't assume or read into any communication
If you know you did a good job, then don't let such an incident worry you. Obviously if you have been missing deadlines then your boss may be annoyed with you. Did you know that a large majority of people can't take a compliment. For example you line manager or co-worker says well done, good job. Some peoples thinking is distorted and ask the following questions:
Hum I wonder if they really mean it?
Or
What do they want from me?
Begin to take the communication as it is meant, do not interpret or question the intention behind it - when you ask yourself a negative question you will find negative answers to back up your negative thought.
Rule number two at work - don't dwell on the problem, rather find a solution
I am sure this has happened to you. You're reprimanded by the boss or you do something wrong in work and then you dwell on the issue. The more you dwell the worse things gets, you then begin to think about the negative consequences of what you did. Your whole night/weekend or longer keep replaying the incident, you feel worse now!
The mind is so powerful, again remember it is well know that if you ask negative questions or think negative thoughts, your mind will give you negative responses. If you ask yourself why was I so stupid to do that, your mind will come back with the answers!
So rather than focusing your thoughts on the problem focus thoughts on the solution or think about what you can learn from the situation. Think what can I learn from this, what will I do in future - isn't that more positive then thinking about why did I do that so badly etc? Remember there is no such thing as failure, only feedback. Begin to think in this way and work problems will be seen in a more positive light. Learn from your mistakes.
Rule number three at work - rise above negative peers
I've worked in some very negative environments, where people back stab and criticize their colleagues. There are two options in this situation. You can very easily fall in with your peers (remember we all like to be accepted by our peers) and join in with the back stabbing or you can rise above their negativity and ignore or challenge them. People like this exert this behavior as they are unhappy themselves, don't fall into that trap or you too will become embittered. This is one reason I left my "safe comfortable" job and went out on my own.
Rule number four at work - think positively about your contribution
No matter what anyone else may say to you, your job and position in the company is important. Think about the positive aspects your contribution. If you think I am just a lowly worker, or no appreciates me, you will transmit these vibes to others. Take pride in your work. I've seen this issue in a lot of service industries. I had the pleasure to stay in a Radisson hotel recently. The receptionists there and other staff are fantastic - they really do care. Compare that to other hotels that I have been in where you feel that you are disturbing the receptionist from their chat if you ask them a question.
There's a different philosophy with hotels like the Radisson, they know that everyone is important and matters. This rubs off on their staff. No matter what you do remember you are important to the business, put everything you have into your work
Rule number five at work - look for the positive in everything and be flexible
I don't mean you have to pretend things are not the way they are, however we humans tend to look for the negatives in a situation. Remember if we look for the negatives we will find them, therefore if we look for positives we will also find them.
Another example will illustrate this point. A co-worker you dislike gets a promotion. Your old self thinks everyone else gets a promotion over me, it's not fair. Try changing how you think about this situation. Would it not serve you better to think, well they will no longer annoy me as they are moving desks/departments. If they have been made your direct manager, now may be the time to work harder to prove to your self and them that you are a good worker.
Be flexible in you thinking as well, perhaps you only see things in one light, look from the perspective of the other person or even from the prospective of an outsider. This can help you rethink the situation. Remember you always have a choice how you process and think about any situation. Begin to think of every situation in a positive light and see the changes that will happen.

Who's Your Coach?
I am just like any ordinary hoping to succeed in life in whatever way I can. Ofcourse, I have tried everything, though I succeeded at some point, but unfortunately I did not make it continous. For some reasons, there are times that I struggled rather than feeling at peace. I started working and now end up having business online. There are many people now hoping to experience extrardinary success in the internet business, I earned already but not much. Then I came to realized that I need someone to back me up, that I need a mentor who will guide me on my future steps and plans. On the internet, they call it a coach. It is not that expensive to have a coach, since you can pay them from the income you are generating from their business online tips.
My coach is Richard Butler, who's yours?
