When You Dream, Don't Stop

What kind of a person are you? How do you manage your dreams? Is it for one time planning? Or once failed, do you dream again? There are different kinds of people. And normally they face their dreams differently.

I've known a lot of people because of my coaching sessions. I taught them how to dream, how to have a vision, how to be successful. At first I was so excited knowing that they had big dreams and plans. In fact, I was surprised that the way they think is far better than mine. :-) I just differ from them based on my attitude towards my goals and dreams. When I plan, it surely will be accomplished. I start good and end up good! Every time I plan, I make sure that their are corresponding action plans to fulfill it. That is why my students differ from me.

My students are good planners. They have big dreams. The problem starts when they start loosing their vision and enthusiasm in fulfilling their plans. In short, the are good starters, poor finishers. I am deeply concerned with their attitudes so I started including a lecture about consistency.

Here is what every person should do. Once they plan, they should do everything they can just to fulfill it. There should be no turning back. Check the lives of the most successful person around the world, they started well and even though they faced heavy trials, they still manage to succeed.

If they can, so do you. Just remember, once you dream, don't stop!
