Ah the recession everyone is talking about it. Every where you go people are talking about. Jobs are being lost, companies are going bankrupt. Is it all doom and gloom?
Well if you want it to be it will be doom and gloom, but let's face it, when there's a recession does everyone stop spending? Of course not, but they spend on other things.
Reality Check
Ok I'm going to give you a reality check - Jobs are not secure. That's it there are no secure jobs anywhere! I've heard so many stories of people who were top executives one day and then the next they were unemployed. "hand in your laptop, keys, security cards and get your belonging at the text." Not so much as a good bye, thank you, best of luck. You're out and that's it.
So what can you do? You've got to understand that if you have one source of income and rely on it you're destined for trouble. That source of income dries up and you're finished. It's a reality.
Is there a solution?
Yes the solution lies within you. You see you have to change your mindset. If you believe a job is the only way to make money then you're thinking in a different mindset to those who know that money can be made other ways.
Examining the JOB
Did you actually know that JOB stands for Just Over Broke. Think about it, do you really have a lot of money at the month, or a lot of month when the money ends! I think for most people no matter how much they earn in their Job they always have a lot of month left over. It's said that most workers work just hard enough not to get fired, and most employers pay just enough not to loose staff. If you think about it for the majority of us this is true.
Jobs will come and go, they are not secure, understand that, it's so important. You need multiple sources of income.
Is there a solution?
There's always a solution! The key is to have multiple sources of income. Never keep your eggs in one basket. The internet can provide that solutions. After all every one is looking for a solution to their problems, if you provide that online there is a possibility that you can make money.
For example:
Suppose a person is looking for a way to know if a car is a good buy and you offer a guide on how to find out if a car is a dud or an excellent buy in 10 easy steps. The person may be tempted to buy this guide form you for say $10. You're providing a solution to a problem and it's a instant download.
Think about it, during a recession people want to save money. Suppose you had a guide on how to save money on a weekly basis - surely people would buy that. You see there's loads of opportunities out there, you just need to think about them.
